DescriptionThe whole story▼
Running lights read as movement, which is what catches a driver's eye. The LighTech FRE925NER is a pair of sequential ABS LED indicators, E8 approved, 89 mm each. The listing covers the CB1000 HORNET across 2 model years (2025 to 2026).
Key Features
- Designed to be combined with LighTech licence plate holders
- Covers the CB1000 HORNET across 2 model years (2025 to 2026)
- E8 type approval for the indicator pair
- Black only
- Listed for the Honda CB1000 HORNET
- Supplied as a pair
Movement Over Blinking
Visibility is the argument; the look is the bonus. LighTech runs the LEDs of the FRE925NER in sequence rather than flashing them together. Supplied as a pair.
What It Fits
This listing covers the Honda CB1000 HORNET, 2025 to 2026. Check what it will be mounted to before ordering. Have FRE925NER and the model year to hand and the question is settled in one message.
Fitting
Fitting the FRE925NER is a wiring job, one connection per side. Use the original cable runs where you can; they are already clear of the wheel. The original parts go back on the CB1000 HORNET at any time.
One Electrical Point
LighTech says this plainly, and so do we. A standard flasher is a load-dependent device. Fit the FRE925NER without compensating and the CB1000 HORNET will blink fast. It is a five-minute job for someone who knows the loom of the CB1000 HORNET, and a long evening for someone who does not.
What Is in the Box
Two indicators per box. No brackets included.
Approval
The FRE925NER carries E8 type approval, which is a European component approval. That covers the part, not the installation. Position, spacing and visibility angles are regulated separately and nationally. On a track-only machine the question does not arise.
