DescriptionThe whole story▼
Rear hardware rusts first and is photographed most. Here is the TAR025: M8x40 flat-head screws in Ergal 7075 with matching conical-head washers. Ergal 7075 is the alloy LighTech uses throughout its screw kits. Made in Italy, like the rest of the range.
Key Features
- Listed for the Kove 800X PRO
- Ergal 7075, anodised
- LighTech asks you to check compatibility with your plate holder model before ordering
- Made in Italy
- A stock LighTech item
- Two flat-head screws and two conical-head washers M8 Ø 8/25
Fitment and Compatibility
The fit of the TAR025 is decided by the holder, not by the bike. The vehicle shown is Kove 800X PRO; the part that decides the fit is the holder on it. One message with the holder model and the question is settled.
Finishing the Plate Holder
The visible hardware is what separates a maintained bike from a used one. The TAR025 answers both: M8x40 flat-head screws in Ergal 7075 and conical-head washers, in the colour the plate holder is already in. Nothing here needs to be taken on trust: the specification is LighTech's own.
Before You Order
One thing about the TAR025 that is easy to miss. Nothing in this box carries a number plate on its own. The manufacturer is explicit here — compatibility with your LighTech plate holder model needs checking before the TAR025 is ordered. We hold LighTech as a stock range, so repeat orders are routine.
Mounting It
Do it with the plate off, then refit the plate once. Tighten by the book: these are aluminium screws, not steel ones. Our own workshop takes this kind of job on.
Supplied As
In the box: two screws and two washers under TAR025. Choose from 7 anodised finishes: Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Orange, Red, Silver. Tools are not part of the delivery.
Road Approval
A word on paperwork. We make no approval claim for the TAR025: it arrives without German documentation. Clarify it in advance if the 800X PRO is used on public roads.
