DescriptionThe whole story▼
Tubes wear, bend and get scratched; the clamps on the fork rarely do. The HBT012 is the 275 mm tube pair, machined from Ergal 7075. LighTech lists it for a CBR 600 RR. Made in Italy, like the rest of the range.

Application
LighTech names a Honda CBR 600 RR, 2026, as the application. Other model years have other part numbers. Tell us the vehicle and we check the fitment before dispatch.
Why the Tubes Matter
Factory parts are specified for an average rider nobody has ever met. The HBT012 is the other half: Ergal 7075 at 275 mm, 15,8 mm bore, and that length decides where grip, lever and switchgear sit on a CBR 600 RR. Everything else about it is finish and colour.
Scope and Conditions
Where the HBT012 ends. Everything in the box is named above. Ask us if anything is unclear before ordering.
In the Workshop
Fitting the HBT012 means pulling grip, lever and switchgear across to the new tube. Nothing about this benefits from being done quickly. Our own workshop takes this kind of job on.
What Is in the Box
Delivered are both tubes, HBT012, 275 mm long. The finish is Black. Documentation for German registration is not part of it — see below.
Road Approval
Changing the handlebars of a road-registered motorcycle is not a cosmetic matter in Germany. No German approval document comes with the HBT012 — no ABE and no Teilegutachten. For a road-registered CBR 600 RR, clarify with your inspection body what it requires before fitting.
