DescriptionThe whole story▼
The handlebar is the only control surface you hold for the entire ride. The LighTech MOZ4820 is the handlebar holder: 48 mm fork diameter, 40 mm offset, height +20 mm, 10° inclination, 369 g. Offset, height and inclination are fixed by the part, so the geometry is a decision you make once. It is a stock LighTech item.

Before You Order
A detail on the MOZ4820. Everything in the box is named above. LighTech lists the handlebar tubes as separate items, so check whether you already have a usable pair before ordering. We hold LighTech as a stock range, so repeat orders are routine.
Fitment
This listing covers a Honda CBR 600 RR (2007 to 2026). The fork diameter is the figure to verify: 48 mm. If your CBR 600 RR runs a different fork, this is the wrong part number. If you are unsure, send us the registration details and we will confirm it.
Geometry in Millimetres
The cockpit is the one part of the bike you are in contact with the whole time. The MOZ4820 is the part that decides where your hands are: 48 mm fork diameter, 40 mm offset, height +20 mm, 10° inclination, machined from aluminium and fixed once it is torqued. It is a small part with a short list of arguments, all of them checkable.
Supplied As
The scope of the MOZ4820: the holder itself. The finish is Black. No approval paperwork is included — see the section below.
Fitting
Controls, cables and brake lines have to follow the new position — check the full steering lock before riding. Observe LighTech's torque figures — machined aluminium does not forgive an overtightened thread. Bring the bike to us if you would rather not touch the bars yourself.
Road Approval
This is the point where German registration rules matter. Whatever the part does, the MOZ4820 comes with no German approval document. On a registered CBR 600 RR the inspector decides, and a phone call in advance is cheaper than a failed inspection.
