A 16 cm³ billet reservoir is the kind of change on an R7 that shows from three metres away. LighTech's OBT007 holds 16 cm³: machined aluminium outside, clear plastic inside so the level stays readable. It is offered in 8 anodised finishes; the list is in the technical data. Nothing on the R7 is cut or drilled to fit it.

What a Visible Reservoir Buys You
Reservoirs are a styling part for most riders and a maintenance part for the rest. The OBT007 keeps a clear liner behind the aluminium so the level stays visible on the R7. Anodised rather than painted, so washing the R7 does not dull it.
Compatibility
Fitment is the R7 across 2024 to 2026. Treat the R7 fitment as an application note rather than a guarantee of a drop-in position.
Mounting It
The OBT007 goes on with the R7 on its stand. Brake fluid strips paint — cover the R7 tank and fairing before you open anything. Instructions are in the box; the R7 needs no modification.
Looking After It
Change the fluid at the interval the R7 manual gives, not when it looks bad. Nothing else about the OBT007 wears in normal use.

The OBT007 arrives as the tank, the cap and the gasket. Spares are listed under their own numbers rather than bundled.
Order This With It
A mount is not included with the OBT007. The brackets are listed under OBT003, OBT008 and OBT009; they differ in height and projection, not in quality. Ask us before ordering and we will match the bracket to your R7.
Approval Status
Anything in the hydraulic circuit of an R7 is safety-relevant by definition. LighTech supplies no type-approval document with the OBT007, and we make no approval claim for it. Track-only machines raise no approval question; a registered R7 does.
