DescriptionThe whole story▼
Offset, height and inclination are the three numbers that decide how a motorcycle fits you. LighTech's MOZ5201 is a clip-on at 52 mm fork diameter, 20 mm offset, height ±0 mm, 10° inclination. The 52 mm figure is the fork diameter — that is what has to match, not the handlebar. Made in Italy, like the rest of the range.
Key Features
- Height ±0 mm
- Inclination 10°
- Universal item
- Not tied to one model
- Tubes are listed separately
- Fork diameter 52 mm — the fork has to match
Geometry in Millimetres
The standard part does the job at the lowest price the factory could manage. The MOZ5201 turns riding position into a specification: 52 mm fork diameter, 20 mm offset, height ±0 mm, 10° inclination. Nothing is guessed and nothing is adjustable afterwards. That is the whole case for it; there is no third argument.
Fitment
With the MOZ5201 the bike underneath does not decide the fit. Check the part it goes on, not the bike it goes on. We check this before the parcel leaves if you tell us the bike.
Scope and Conditions
The scope of the MOZ5201, stated plainly. It is supplied as described above and nothing further. LighTech lists the handlebar tubes as separate items, so check whether you already have a usable pair before ordering. Keep the part number MOZ5201 for a later reorder.
Installation
The MOZ5201 goes on with the front of a motorcycle supported and the fork unloaded. Do the final tightening with the bike on the ground and the fork loaded. If you would rather not do it yourself, our workshop in Munich fits it.
What You Get
Supplied is the clip-on MOZ5201. The finish is Black. The LighTech instruction sheet is in the box where one is supplied.
Road Approval
Changing the handlebars of a road-registered motorcycle is not a cosmetic matter in Germany. There is no ABE and no parts certificate in the box with the MOZ5201. Track use raises no question; a road-registered motorcycle does.
