DescriptionThe whole story▼
Folding levers on a TUONO 660 are the difference between a scuff and a recovery truck. The KLEV131J is the complete lever set for the TUONO 660 — both sides, Model J. LighTech lists it for the TUONO 660.
Key Features
- 100 % Made in Italy, tricolour logo on the blade
- One order covers both bar ends of the TUONO 660
- Model J: a fully black finish throughout
- Lighter than the original levers of the TUONO 660
- Both levers fold — they give way instead of snapping at the perch
- Listed for the Aprilia TUONO 660
Both Sides at Once
What ends a track session is rarely the crash — it is the broken lever afterwards. The KLEV131J is Model J: both levers, 480 g, lighter than the parts they replace. LighTech levers are used by teams in MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and WSBK.
In the Workshop
Changing both levers on a TUONO 660 is a twenty-minute job with hand tools. Grease the pivots before assembly; a dry pivot is a lever that will not fold when it matters. Removal takes as long as fitting did.
Application
This listing covers the Aprilia TUONO 660, 2020 to 2026. The KLEV131J uses the original pivot bolts and the original perches of the TUONO 660. Ask before ordering if anything is unclear — it is quickly answered.
What Is in the Kit
Before ordering the KLEV131J, note what is in the box. KLEV131J covers both sides of the TUONO 660; there is no second number to add to the order. Individual levers and pivot parts are listed separately if one side ever needs replacing.
Scope of Delivery
LighTech ships the KLEV131J as a pair, brake and clutch together. Both sides are covered; there is no second kit to buy.
Approval
LighTech presents these levers as compliant with the highway code. We pass that on as LighTech's claim. No German approval document accompanies the KLEV131J. On a registered TUONO 660 the inspector decides, not the manufacturer's leaflet.
