DescriptionThe whole story▼
Engineered for track days and racing, the LighTech ISS120RA brake lever guard delivers maximum protection for your Triumph Daytona 675/R's brake lever — shielding it from unintentional contact during aggressive overtakes, close-quarter circuit racing, and high-speed straights where every component counts. Supplied complete with the dedicated adapter KPL302, this is a genuinely plug-and-play fitment for OE handlebars on all Daytona 675 and 675 R models from 2007 to 2012.
Key Features
- Extended 148mm guard length provides the largest possible coverage area — ideal for circuit riding where contact risk is highest.
- CNC-machined from high-grade aluminium for an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio that keeps unsprung and chassis mass in check.
- Premium anodised finish in your choice of seven colours — resists corrosion, track chemicals and UV fade while looking the part in the paddock.
- Adapter KPL302 included in the box — precision-matched to the OE handlebar of the Triumph Daytona 675/R, so no sourcing of additional hardware is required.
- Designed specifically for the Daytona 675 and 675 R (2007–2012), ensuring correct geometry and lever clearance straight out of the packaging.
Built for the Circuit, Ready for the Road
LighTech's lever guards have become a staple in club racing and track-day paddocks across Europe, and the ISS120RA shows exactly why. The 148mm format is the longer of LighTech's two guard lengths, chosen by riders who prioritise protection over a minimal profile. Every guard is milled from solid aluminium billet on a CNC machining centre — tolerances are tight, the wall section is consistent throughout, and the anodised surface is applied after machining so it follows every contour cleanly. The result is a component that looks like it belongs on a factory race bike rather than an aftermarket add-on.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit is specifically configured for the Triumph Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R produced between 2007 and 2012. The included adapter KPL302 bridges the LighTech guard to the original-specification handlebar on these models. No machining, no improvised spacers — mount it, torque it, ride. If your Daytona runs a different handlebar specification or clip-on, verify compatibility before ordering. A compact 132mm version of the guard is also available, and the ISS120RA can be paired with LighTech's clutch lever guard systems for full handlebar protection.
