Seeing Clearly
Its 45% light transmission puts the red lens in the middle of the Iriz range, which Leatt offers from 22 to 78% VLT, generally a choice for bright but changeable light. The reflective Iriz coat blocks more of the visible spectrum, so dazzle from bright sky and pale ground is reduced. Scratch resistance comes from the hard coating, and an anti-fog finish deals with the moisture your breath and body heat put behind the red lens. On the safety side, the Lime Green goggle carries CE EN 1938:2010 certification and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on PPE. Leatt offers further Vizion lenses separately, covering 22 to 90% visible light transmission.
Staying in Place
With its single-compound chassis and outrigger strap mounts, this goggle is designed to work across a broad mix of off-road helmets. On the back of the 45 mm strap runs a 5 mm silicone strip that keeps the band anchored to the helmet. The lower frame edge is self-draining, a small detail that helps clear the dirt a wet track throws at you.
Comfort and OTG
For the contact zone, Leatt chose a three-layer, dual-density foam and an anti-sweat fleece lining. Riders who need prescription glasses can wear them underneath, because the frame is designed for an OTG (over-the-glasses) fit.
Staying Clear Mid-Race
The Vizion 3.5 Iriz is tear-off ready with posts fitted; the films themselves are bought separately. Beyond tear-offs, the frame takes Leatt's optional 45 mm Vizion Roll-Off system.
What you should know
The 45% red lens is lighter than the 35% Iriz options, yet it is still a sun lens that will feel dim in deep shade or at dusk. You get the posts for tear-offs, not the tear-offs themselves, and the Roll-Off kit remains optional.
Colour
A sharp lime frame against a warm red mirror is the loudest combination in this group. It is highly visible on track and suits green bikes or kit with red accents. Bright frames do show mud quickly.
