DescriptionThe whole story▼
With its striped white cuff and blue leg, the Stripes Blue colourway of the Leatt Moto Socks has a classic sports-sock look, but the build is purely off-road. The knee-high sock combines COOLMAX yarn for moisture transport with a 3D knit and reinforcements at the heel, ankle and instep for motocross, enduro and trail boots.
Key Features
- Knee-high design that covers the lower leg up to the knee
- COOLMAX yarn moves sweat to the outer surface to evaporate
- Reinforcements at heel, ankle and instep
- Soft knitted top band and 3D-knitted shape
- Plastic-free packaging, sizes S/M and L/XL
Fit and sizing
Leatt offers the Stripes Blue sock in two sizes, S/M and L/XL. The 3D knit is shaped to the foot and leg, and the 4% Lycra in the blend lets it stretch to fit. A super-soft knitted band at the top anchors it below the knee.
Durability where it counts
Heel, ankle and instep are reinforced. Leatt states that this adds durability, extra cushioning and additional protection in the zones where a stiff boot shell rubs most.
Dry feet
The COOLMAX fibres absorb moisture and pass it to the outside of the knit, from where it can evaporate fast. The rest of the blend is 70% acrylic, 16% polyester and 10% nylon.
Knee braces and guards
Leatt makes the sock knee-high on purpose: it is meant for tall motorcycle boots and sits comfortably under knee guards and knee braces, so the hard parts do not rest directly on the skin.
What you should know
The Moto Socks are a comfort layer without a protection rating: no CE certification, no impact padding. Two sizes have to cover all feet, so check Leatt's chart if you are unsure between S/M and L/XL. Leatt does not mention any thermal insulation for this sock.
Colour
Stripes Blue pairs a white top band, cut through by red and blue horizontal stripes, with a mid-blue leg and foot. The Leatt lettering on the shin picks up red, white and blue, and the heel and toe are a darker blue. The white cuff peeks out above the boot and gives a retro touch; it is also the part most likely to show dirt, while the blue foot is more forgiving.
