The Leatt Moto 3.5 Mini Ride Kit in Red keeps things simple: one colour, one complete set, sized XXS (100 to 110 cm) and XS (110 to 120 cm) for the youngest riders.
As a previous-season design it shares the core 3.5 construction, from the moisture-wicking mesh jersey to the pre-curved pants with leather at the right knee.

How the kit sits
With its Mini/Junior cut, the jersey is designed to sit right over a chest or body protector as well as directly over a base layer. Staying put is the job of the 360° silicone waist grip; getting the fit right is the job of the micro adjuster beside it.
The jersey
Stretch mesh in a 3D structure forms the jersey, and its channels give warm air a route out during hard laps on track or trail. A low-profile collar sits flat at the neck and is shaped to be worn with or without a neck brace. Moisture-wicking properties in the jersey and a grippy, heat-resistant leather knee panel on the right complete the package.
Pants: cut and stretch
Instead of straight legs, the pants have a pre-curved Mini/Junior cut, with stretch knit sections that move with knees and hips.
Inner knee and seams
Leatt builds a multi-layer inner knee and adds heat-resistant leather on the right, the side that meets the hot exhaust, plus knee padding. Durability comes from two measures: added reinforcement in critical zones and panel seams stitched in multiple rows.
What the kit is made of
By composition, the kit is 92% polyester for the main body and panels, 6% elastane for the stretch areas and 2% leather for the inner right knee.
What you should know
Please do not mistake the padded knee for armour: the kit has no certified protectors, and Leatt names no protection class for it. For this earlier design Leatt does not state any waterproofing, so treat the kit as fair-weather riding gear and add rain gear when needed.
Colour
Red covers jersey and pants almost completely, with a white Leatt logo between white swoosh lines on the chest and a white stripe along the sleeve. The pants have a black inner knee and a white logo on the leg. The plain red works with any helmet and is easy to recognise from the fence.
