The Leatt Chest Protector 3DF AirFit Evo Women is shaped around the female body from the start, not adapted from a men's pattern. A 3D pre-curved women's fit follows the contours of the chest, while the soft 3DF AirFit foam delivers CE Level 2 protection at both chest and back.
In black and in sizes from XXS/XS to L, it gives women riding motocross, enduro, trail or MTB a soft-shell protector that stays stable on the body and leaves room to move.

A Fit Developed for Women
Leatt pre-curves the foam panels to the shape of the female torso, which the brand says improves comfort, stability and protection. A protector that sits properly does not shift during jumps or rough sections, and the protective zones stay where they are meant to be. Leatt also enlarged the chest impact area on this model without adding unnecessary bulk.
Level 2 Soft-Shell Protection
The chest is CE certified to EN 1621-3 Level 2 and the back to EN 1621-2 Level 2. Leatt's 3DF AirFit foam is soft and flexible while you ride and reacts under impact to absorb energy, so you get high-level certification without rigid plates pressing against your body.
According to Leatt's product data, the protector is also certified by the French Motorcycle Federation (FFM) and achieves 11 points on Leatt's protection score.
Ventilation
Ventilation slots run through the 3DF AirFit foam to keep air moving and reduce heat build-up on hard rides. The material mix listed by Leatt is 77.89% thermoplastic polyurethane, 14.74% textile fabric and 7.37% cross-linked polyethylene with mesh.
Neck Brace and Shoulders
The slim BraceOn system integrates compatible Leatt neck braces while keeping freedom of movement around the shoulders and neck, which matters on a narrower frame where a bulky interface would be noticeable.
Practical Details
A central rear storage pocket holds small riding essentials without interfering with the protective structure. Leatt ships the protector in plastic-free packaging.

What you should know
This protector covers chest and back only, with no shoulder or rib panels. As a soft-shell design, it does not deflect stones the way a hard shell does. Leatt gives no official size chart for the women's version, and the weight is listed only in Leatt's product data at 1.18 kg, not on the product page.
Colour
The women's AirFit Evo comes in black, which keeps the protector neutral under any jersey and works with every colour of riding kit. It hides trail dust and mud well, though a dark surface warms up in strong sun.
