DDS Technology in Detail

The Direct Damping System separates low-speed and high-speed damping circuits in a way that conventional twin-tube designs cannot match. By routing oil through the bypass valve before it reaches the main compression stack, the DDS Pro controls the shock's response to small, rapid inputs — road texture, chain snatch, minor kerb strikes — without stiffening the overall ride. The result is a rear end that hooks up under acceleration and stays composed over breaking bumps at the end of long straights.
