The 650MT is the adventure-styled member of CFMOTO's 650 family. The JP PD CF001 replaces the right-hand switch with a machined Ergal unit on a universal clamp.

Adventure Styling, Road Ability
The 650MT has the tall stance, the beak and the upright bars of an adventure bike, and it is honest about being primarily a road machine. A 19 inch front wheel and moderate travel put it firmly in the category of bikes ridden on tarmac with the option of a gravel track, which is how most adventure bikes are actually used.
Wide Bars Change the Reach
The upright riding position brings the wrist higher over the cluster than a faired bike does, and the thumb approaches the buttons from above rather than from behind. Machined separation between the controls matters more under those conditions, because the printed symbols are outside the rider's line of sight.
Exposure on a Tall Bike
The screen on an MT sends air over the rider's chest rather than around the bars, so the hands and the controls sit in the weather. Sealed switch elements and a one-piece housing are what decide whether the assembly is still crisp after a few winters of that.
Either Clamp Geometry
The universal plate accepts both aligned and offset master cylinder clamps. That keeps the brake specification open, which is worth something on a motorcycle where the standard setup was tuned to a price rather than to a rider.
Three Model Years
The fitment runs from 2022 to 2024. CFMOTO moves its range quickly and the 650 family has been revised since, so the registration year is worth confirming rather than assuming from the model name alone.
