DescriptionThe whole story▼
For the track-only YZF-R6 RACE, the JP PLSR 013 is the race left cluster, machined from Ergal 7075.
Key Features
- Yamaha YZF-R6 RACE (2021–2025)
- Reduced race control set
- Black anodised
- CNC-milled Ergal 7075
- Sealed switch elements
- Plug-and-play on the original connector
The Model That Refused to Die
Euro 5 removed the R6 from European roads and Yamaha kept building it as a competition machine. No lights, no mirrors, no route to registration, and a chassis that remains the reference in supersport racing years after the road version ended.
A Race Cluster on a Race Bike
The RACE arrives with the road switchgear Yamaha carried over from the registered model, indicator controls included, on a motorcycle with no indicators. Fitting a reduced cluster is simply removing something that was never needed.
What the Rider Still Selects
Power mode and traction level, adjusted as a session progresses and the rear tyre goes off. Those are the controls that matter between the pit exit and the flag, and giving them more space is the point.
No Aftermarket Harness
Yamaha's own connector and the standard ECU. The bike keeps every system it left the factory with, and the conversion is a matter of unplugging one component and plugging in another.
Built for a Van
A machine that cannot be ridden on a road is transported everywhere. Sealed elements inside a body with no moulded seam handle the washing and the damp storage that go with that better than a clipped assembly does.
Supersport Is Still Competitive
The class survived the manufacturers' withdrawal and the grids remain close. That is why a track-only supersport machine is still worth preparing properly, and why parts for one continue to be developed.
Black Anodised
A single finish, through the surface rather than applied on top of it. A slide dulls the component instead of stripping it back to bright metal.
