DescriptionThe whole story▼
On the F4, the bronze JP PDQ MV002 E rehouses the right-hand switchgear once a quick-action throttle has taken the grip's space, a fitment built for MV's flagship inline-four rather than its triple-engined siblings.
Key Features
- MV Agusta F4 (2013–2015)
- Fits the MV Agusta F4 (2013–2015)
- CNC-machined from solid Ergal, bronze anodised
- Mounts onto the JetPrime quick throttle body
- Plug and play on the factory connector
- Only functions alongside a JetPrime quick throttle
An Engine That Lives Near the Top
The F4's radial-valve inline-four is built to make its power high in the rev range rather than down low, a character that makes the wrist travel of a standard throttle more noticeable than it would be on a torquier engine.
A Separate Home for the Buttons
With a quick-action throttle now occupying the grip, the horn, indicator and light switches need a mount of their own, which this bronze housing provides by clipping directly onto the throttle body instead of the bar. It is a small point about Buttons, but a real one in the workshop.
A Lineage Longer Than the Switch
The F4 name traces back to an earlier design generation before this particular version, and while the styling carries that heritage forward, the switch and connector here are built around this specific model's own wiring and layout alone. That detail around Switch is easy to overlook until the part is in hand.
Bronze Against a Flagship's Detailing
CNC-milled Ergal 7075 anodised bronze sits among a bike already known for exposed mechanical detailing, offering a warmer finish option than the titanium alternative for the cockpit specifically, rather than the whole motorcycle. It is the kind of thing that only matters once Detailing is actually fitted.
Not Interchangeable With the Triple Range
Because the F4 uses a four-cylinder engine and its own electronics, this switch's connector does not match the triple-engined Brutale, F3 or Rivale models despite all sharing the same JetPrime switch family and build process. Few riders think about Range until the switch is already on the bench.
