An unusual bike, a known engine
Whatever the front end does, the engine is serviced like any CP3, and the oil filler takes the same cap.
Two wheels in front
The leaning front end with two wheels gives the Niken extra grip on poor surfaces, but at the engine it is a normal CP3 with a normal filler cap.
Road Approval
For the Yamaha NIKEN, Gilles lists the OFC as free of registration and describes it as not needing TÜV approval. There is no certificate to carry.

One oil filler cap with M20 x 2.5; the kit includes the four inserts and the opening tool.
Fitting
Fit the insert you prefer, screw the cap in and tighten it with the Gilles tool. Keep the tool with your on-board kit if you top up oil on the road.
