A long-kept XJR1300 often gets a thorough restoration over a winter, and every tired part is replaced. The bar ends are among them. The Gilles IP weights are a closed, anodised cylinder.

Scope of Delivery
Two IP weights in your chosen colour plus the Gilles mounting kit; the kit covers handlebars from 12 to 22 mm inside diameter.
Fitting
Remove the original bar end weights, clean the inside of the bar and fit the expander from the Gilles kit that matches its inner diameter. Tighten until the weight sits firmly, then check that the throttle still turns freely and snaps back.
