The CBR650F of 2014 and 2015 is the faired sister of the CB650F, with the same smooth inline four and a comfortable sports position. Its bar ends sit just below the fairing's edge, and the Gilles CONE weights close them off with a milled cone.

Gilles lists the CONE for the CBR650F of these two years. The weights come as a pair, hard-anodised in black, blue or red, with the screw head hidden under the closed end.
Road Approval
According to Gilles, no approval is needed for the weights on the Honda CBR650F. Nothing is entered in the papers; the requirement is a tight fit in the handlebar and a throttle that still snaps back on its own.

Fitting
Remove the original bar end weights, clean the inside of the bar and fit the expander from the Gilles kit that matches its inner diameter. Tighten until the weight sits firmly, then check that the throttle still turns freely and snaps back.
