DescriptionThe whole story▼
Yamaha revised the MT-10 in 2022 with a new intake, updated electronics and a different front end. Gilles drew a separate number for it, a 580 gram set milled from solid aluminium, with the model-specific positions published on its own drawing rather than assumed from the earlier bike.
Key Features
- Fits top yokes with 10.5 mm holes
- Adjustment positions are model-specific; Gilles publishes a drawing for each
- CNC-machined from EN AW 7075-T6, upper clamp 6082-T6
- Weight 580 g (set)
- Supplied with the model-specific adapter kit ABK-15
- Road legal under ABE No. KBA 91440, no acceptance inspection
Type RN78
Gilles lists the MT-10, the SP and the GT from 2022 under RN78 for this number.
Adapter kit ABK-15
The kit that adapts the clamp to this yoke is part of the number.
Road Approval
ABE No. KBA 91440 covers these risers on the Yamaha MT-10. The approval itself makes them road legal without an inspection; the KBA number is milled or lasered into the part, and the certificate downloads from this page.
Scope of Delivery
In the box: the Gilles 2DGT risers made for this model and the model-specific adapter kit ABK-15. The ABE document downloads from this page.
Fitting
Fitting needs no drilling: the risers use the standard points. After the first setting, ride a short distance and check the position again; the clamps can be reset in minutes if you want the bar a little further forward or back.
