Construction and Quality

Fullsix produces each belly pan in an autoclave under controlled heat and pressure, the same process used in Formula 1 and MotoGP component manufacturing. The result is a void-free laminate with consistent fibre orientation across the entire 245 twill weave — immediately visible in the crisp, regular diamond pattern on the finished surface. The outer clear coat is UV-stabilised so the deep carbon character does not fade or go chalky with prolonged sun exposure.

The glossy variant is finished with a high-gloss lacquer that amplifies the three-dimensional quality of the twill weave and sits visually alongside OEM painted panels without clashing. The matte variant omits the gloss coat in favour of a satin surface that reads as purposefully track-prepared — the preferred choice for bikes built around a performance rather than a showroom brief.

Important Fitment Note

When fitting this belly pan, the original OEM inner section that is retained within the stock unit cannot be reused. To achieve a correct, rattle-free installation with proper panel integration, Fullsix's own inner trim panel — part number MB-RR15-TC31 — must be ordered separately. This inner panel is designed as a direct partner to this belly pan and ensures a seamless, factory-quality fit.
