The extensions add height to hand guards that are already on the bike. They bolt to the guard, not to the handlebar, and they carry the deflected air further up and outwards.

The Screen Changes Where the Air Goes
A Multistrada's screen is adjustable, and moving it does not only change what hits your chest. Raising it lifts the whole flow over the front of the bike, and air that was passing above the hands at the low setting can come down onto them at the high one.
That is the situation these extensions are for: guards already fitted, screen up, and the cold still finding the top of the hands at motorway speed. If none of that describes your bike, the guards alone are enough.
An Add-On, Not a Replacement
This set does not work on its own. It needs guards to mount to, and the fixings are on the guard rather than on the bar. If the bike has no guards, start with the guard set.

Ducati Multistrada 1260, model years 2018 to 2020, with hand guards already fitted on the original brackets.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this set. Local rules decide what applies near the controls.

Fit them with the front wheel straight, then swing the bars fully to each stop and watch the top corners. Extra height also reaches further outboard, so a gap that was comfortable before can close.
