Fitment and Compatibility
BMW S1000R, model years 2021 to 2026, on the standard frame mounts with the original pump assembly transferred. Fullsix lists the same tank for the S1000RR from 2019 onward and for the M1000RR. Confirm your pump and sender part numbers before ordering.
Road Approval
A fuel tank is not trim. Fullsix publishes no ABE and no EC type-approval number for this article, and replacing a fuel-carrying component can affect registration and insurance depending on the country. Settle that question before buying rather than after delivery. We do not claim an approval the manufacturer does not document.
Fitting Is Workshop Work
The fuel system has to be depressurised, the pump assembly moved across with a new seal, and the vent and breather routing reproduced exactly. None of it is exotic, all of it is unforgiving. Have it done by someone who has opened a fuel system before, and tell them in advance that the replacement is composite.
