Monocoque Construction — Why It Matters

Conventional aluminium or plastic fuel tanks are produced in two halves and joined at a seam. That seam is the tank's weakest point — susceptible to flex, micro-fractures and, ultimately, fuel weepage. The Fullsix ACM monocoque eliminates the seam entirely. The tank is formed as a single continuous carbon shell, distributing stress evenly across the structure and removing the principal failure point. Installation

The Fullsix carbon fuel tank is engineered to replace the OEM unit on a one-to-one basis.
