Standard System Only
The mould was taken from the exhaust Ducati fitted. Scramblers see more aftermarket silencers than most models, and a Termignoni or similar changes both the diameter and where the lugs sit. Anyone with one already fitted has no use for this shield, and anyone planning one should buy the exhaust first.
That sequence matters more here than the saving does, because the wrong order means a part that cannot be returned once it has been offered up.
Heat Is Not the Problem
A cured epoxy laminate handles the temperatures reached at the outer skin of a shield without difficulty; that surface sits a long way below what the pipe itself runs at. The air gap between shield and silencer is part of the design and should be left open.

Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. The exhaust system itself is unchanged.
