DescriptionThe whole story▼
When every lap counts, the components on your Ducati Panigale 959 need to earn their place. The Fullsix Carbon clutch cover is engineered for exactly that environment — autoclave-cured real carbon fibre delivering a measurable reduction in unsprung weight, genuine motorsport-grade structural rigidity, and a finish that tells the paddock you mean business.
Key Features
- Constructed from 100% genuine carbon fibre, autoclave-cured for superior material density, stiffness and long-term durability under sustained race conditions.
- Precise OEM-matched fitment — drops straight onto the Ducati Panigale 959 factory mounting points with no drilling, cutting or modification required.
- Protects the clutch system from dirt, dust and moisture ingress during both track days and road use.
- Carries ABE road-use approval — fully road-legal without the need for an individual registration entry.
- UV and weather resistant finish that will not yellow or fade with exposure to heat, sunlight or cleaning products.
- Available in two weave patterns — 200 Plain (OEM-style classic look) and 245 Twill (modern racing aesthetic) — and four surface finishes: Glossy, Matt, Raw and Satin.
Autoclave Construction — Why It Matters on Track
Fullsix build each cover using autoclave technology, the same process used in aerospace and Formula 1 component manufacture. Curing under controlled heat and pressure consolidates the resin and fibre into a single dense structure, eliminating voids that weaker vacuum-bagged parts can suffer from. The result is a clutch cover with a higher strength-to-weight ratio than OEM plastic or conventionally laid carbon, meaning it absorbs vibration more effectively and holds its shape through the thermal cycles a hard track session generates.
Weave Patterns and Finish Options
Two distinct carbon structures are available, each with its own character on the bike. The 200 Plain weave mirrors the style used by Ducati on their own factory components, giving a clean and purposeful look that integrates seamlessly with stock bodywork. The 245 Twill weave has a more intricate diagonal pattern, with a visual depth that suits heavily modified or fully faired race machines.
Four surface finishes complete the range. Glossy offers a lacquered high-shine surface. Matt delivers the understated, pro-team aesthetic. Satin sits between the two with a controlled sheen. Raw leaves the carbon without a topcoat for the lightest possible result and a truly uncompromising track-only appearance.
