Load testing follows TÜV 287 StVZO 1998 and JASO T203-85 protocols and includes 1,000,000 cycles of bending and torsion testing, a 6,000 km radial load endurance test, and a radial impact test with full residual air pressure retention. Each wheel is CT scanned and ETRTO profile checked before receiving its individual serial number — giving you complete traceability and confidence whether you are on a Sunday morning road ride or a track day at Misano.
