Build Quality and Technology
BST constructs the STAR TEK wheel using aerospace-grade prepreg carbon laid up in a one-piece monocoque structure. There are no bonded joints in the rim itself — fibre continuity runs uninterrupted from spoke to spoke, which is why the fatigue figures are so exceptional: 1,000,000 bending and torsion cycles in testing, a bending fatigue load of 452 Nm and a torsion fatigue load of 923 Nm. The 6082 T6 aluminium hub is precision-machined to suit the Panigale's offset, single-sided swingarm geometry, ensuring a factory-accurate fitment with zero compromise on concentricity.
