Engineering & Construction

BST's CRBNX process uses aerospace-grade prepreg carbon laid up in a one-piece monocoque shell — there are no bonded joints or inserts to compromise structural integrity under repeated high-load cycling. The BST Ultra-High-Speed aluminium spider is integrated at the hub to handle the radial and torsional forces generated during aggressive braking and cornering, while keeping the overall assembly as light as possible.

The result is a front wheel weighing approximately 2.4 kg — a significant reduction compared with a standard cast-aluminium unit — with a rated load capacity of 155 kg.
