Construction & Material Quality

BST's RAPID TEK process uses aerospace-grade pre-preg carbon fibre — resin-impregnated sheets that are laid up and cured under pressure for a void-free, consistent structure across every wheel. The result is a rim that holds its geometry under extreme cornering, braking, and traction loads without the flex or fatigue associated with conventional cast alloy wheels. Hub flanges are machined from 6082 T6 aluminium billet, providing the torsional rigidity needed to handle aggressive throttle exits and hard stops without creep or distortion. Every wheel is available with either steel or ceramic bearings to suit your maintenance preference and intended use.

Road & Track Performance

Reducing rotating mass at both ends of the R6 transforms the way the bike responds: the front tucks into corners with noticeably less effort, while the rear tracks more cleanly under power.
