The BST GP TEK Carbon Wheel Set for the Aprilia RSV4, RR, RF and 1100 Factory (2015–2020) strips the wheel assembly down to its competitive minimum: a front wheel at just 1.7 kg and a rear at just 2.4 kg (excluding bearings and spacers), built from pre-preg carbon fibre with titanium Grade 5 hardware throughout. These wheels are engineered exclusively for competition and track use.

Construction and Engineering
BST's GP TEK wheels are built around a pre-preg carbon fibre rim — a process that produces a denser, void-free laminate with a far superior stiffness-to-weight ratio than wet-laid or autoclave-cured alternatives. The hub is machined from 6082 T6 aluminium alloy, providing the rigidity required to withstand the lateral and torsional loads generated under hard track braking and high-speed cornering. Carbon fibre inner spacers replace conventional aluminium items, cutting further mass where it matters most while preserving dimensional accuracy.
All fasteners — bolts, inserts and nuts — are Titanium Grade 5, chosen for their exceptional tensile strength and corrosion resistance at minimal weight. The included BST Ultra-High-Speed 90° aluminium valve is designed to maintain a reliable seal under the centrifugal forces present at race velocities, and comes complete with a protective cap.
