The rim itself is laid up from pre-preg carbon fibre — a process that delivers a consistent, void-free laminate with outstanding fatigue resistance under the repeated lateral and radial loads generated during hard track riding. The 6082 T6 aluminium hub is machined to exacting tolerances and serves as the structural anchor for the Titanium Grade 5 hardware that runs throughout the wheel assembly. Every gram of hardware chosen here is there for a reason: to keep rotating mass as low as physics and material science allow.

The carbon fibre inner spacer is more than a weight-saving measure — it actively stiffens the hub-to-rim connection, reducing flex and maintaining consistent tyre-contact geometry through long, high-speed corners.
