Construction & Materials

BST's Diamond Tek process begins with high-modulus pre-preg carbon fibre cloth, laid up and cured under controlled heat and pressure to eliminate voids and guarantee consistent mechanical properties across every wheel. The result is a rim section with exceptional radial and torsional rigidity — characteristics that translate into precise, predictable handling at the limit. The hubs are machined from 6082 T6 aluminium billet, a grade chosen for its high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance, then bonded to the carbon barrel using BST's proprietary joining system. Available with either steel bearings or ceramic bearings, the latter reducing friction and rotating mass even further for riders seeking every last performance advantage.

Finish Options

The Diamond Tek wheel set is offered in a broad range of finish options to complement any RSV4 livery.
