Construction & Materials
Where many performance calipers are assembled from two machined halves bolted together, the Stylema Monoblock is cast as a single unit. This construction philosophy — borrowed directly from Brembo's MotoGP programme — eliminates the bolted bridge joint that is the classic weak point under extreme thermal and mechanical load. The resulting body is stiffer in every axis, meaning the leverage you apply at the lever is delivered to the pads without parasitic flex absorbing part of the effort.
The topology-optimised manufacturing process uses finite-element analysis to identify and remove material from zones that contribute nothing to structural performance. The result is a caliper that is not simply lighter by luck of design — it is lighter by engineering discipline, every gram saved through a deliberate, verified process. Combined with the improved internal cooling channels, this means the Stylema Monoblock runs cooler, lasts longer between service intervals, and maintains a more consistent lever feel as brake fluid temperature climbs.
Performance & Intended Use
Matched at the factory with Brembo High Performance Sinter TT brake pads (part number 07BB3793), the Stylema kit arrives ready to install and ride. The sintered compound offers strong initial bite and excellent fade resistance across the temperatures encountered in spirited road riding and occasional circuit days. The included anti-vibration pad spring eliminates the judder and squeal that can emerge when running high-performance sintered pads on the road, keeping the braking feel clean and linear at all speeds.
A note on sustained track use: for motorcycles displacing 1,000 cc or more, extended dedicated circuit sessions are not recommended. The Stylema Monoblock is engineered for the road with occasional track outings — if your programme involves repeated endurance track days on a litre-class machine, Brembo's race-division calipers are the appropriate choice. For all other applications, including track days, sprint events, and high-performance road riding, the Stylema performs without reservation.
Fitment & Compatibility
This kit is designed for forks with a 100 mm radial bolt spacing. It is not interchangeable with 108 mm or other radial-mount pitches. Always verify your fork's radial bolt spacing before ordering. The 30 mm offset and maximum 6 mm disc thickness (optimum 5.5 mm) suit the majority of modern sport and superbike front ends. The caliper is compatible with standard 34 mm friction ring brake discs.
