DescriptionThe whole story▼
Designed exclusively for race and track-day use, the Arrow Competition full exhaust system 71234PTZ is a purpose-built, race-only system for the Kawasaki ZX-4RR (2023–2026). Constructed throughout in titanium with carbon end caps and stainless steel internals, it delivers a measurable reduction in unsprung mass alongside genuine performance gains — and it carries the uncompromising pedigree you would expect from Arrow's Competition range.
Key Features
- Race-use only homologation — built to the demands of circuit competition and track days, not road registration.
- Full titanium header and silencer body: exceptional heat resistance, corrosion immunity and class-leading weight savings in a single system.
- Carbon end cap for added structural rigidity and a purposeful motorsport aesthetic.
- Stainless steel internals for maximum durability under sustained high-temperature racing conditions.
- Removable dB killer included — dial the sound level to circuit regulations or open it up entirely for qualifying and race sessions.
- Direct bolt-on fitment engineered specifically for the ZX-4RR chassis — no fabrication or modification required.
Performance & Construction
Arrow's Competition series represents the brand's most track-focused offering. The titanium header sweeps exhaust gases away from the four-cylinder engine with minimal back-pressure, sharpening throttle response and freeing up top-end power that the standard system holds back. Titanium's exceptional strength-to-weight ratio means the entire system contributes to a meaningful reduction in overall motorcycle weight, improving agility through tight chicanes and late braking zones alike.
The carbon fibre end cap is not a cosmetic detail — it reinforces the silencer outlet while resisting the radiant heat generated at race pace. Inside, the stainless steel packing retainer and internals withstand prolonged track use without degradation, keeping the system performing as intended session after session.
Flexibility on Circuit
The removable dB killer gives the ZX-4RR pilot genuine versatility. Insert it for noise-controlled track days where sound limits are enforced; remove it entirely for open-pit sessions and racing where every last horsepower counts. The swap takes moments and requires no tools beyond what any paddock toolkit carries.
Important Notice
This is a race-use only exhaust system. It is not approved for road use and does not carry road-legal type approval. For optimum power delivery and throttle response with this system fitted, a custom ECU map specifically developed for the 71234PTZ is strongly recommended.
