Accossato also makes front pad AGPA92 in ZXC ceramic racing, its ceramic racing compound, and lists it for the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 from 2020 to 2025. It is designed for owners who have prepared their café racer for competition and spend weekends working on it in the paddock, adjusting the brake lever, reading the pads after every session and looking for a front brake that performs consistently from Saturday practice to Sunday afternoon.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato calls ZXC ceramic racing a ceramic mixture that is ideal for racing. It is designed for competition where the front brake is heated hard, cooled on the straight and loaded again at the next marker. The company, which is now based in Villastellone near Turin, also aims to make its pads long-lasting, fade-resistant through controlled heating, and strong under pressure.
Setting Up the Front Brake in the Paddock
Over a weekend, riders learn a circuit corner by corner, adjusting their braking points as confidence grows. For this, the Continental GT 650's front brake must feel the same in every session so that changes in lap time come from the rider, not the pads.
Use the breaks to check the remaining pad thickness, look for uneven deposits on the disc and record the lever position in a setup book. If the lever gets longer as the day goes on, bleed the system before the next race. Keep the old pads from each weekend; comparing them later shows how evenly the caliper has worked.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato has catalogued AGPA92 for the front of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 from 2020 to 2025. As the bike has one caliper on a single front disc, one box is all you need. The rear pad is AGPP91, and DKS035 is Accossato's listed disc. Pump the lever until the pressure is firm before rolling out.
