DescriptionThe whole story▼
A Daytona 675 ridden hard through a British trackday season needs its chain checked often, the triple's particular delivery rewarding a well-tensioned, well-lubricated drivetrain more than most, and that routine starts with getting the bike securely up on a stand. Accossato's ST002 gives the swingarm a fixed point for it, M8 bobbins, CNC-machined aluminium anodised in seven colours, without the rubber sleeve of the ST008, for the Daytona 675 of 2006 to 2016.
Key Features
- Swingarm stand bobbins for the Triumph Daytona 675, 2006 to 2016
- Sold as a pair, one bobbin per side
- M8 thread
- CNC-machined aluminium, anodised
- Seven colours: blue, green, black, red, silver, titanium, gold
- No rubber protection on this version
- Give a fork-type paddock stand a fixed pick-up point
- No German ABE on file; for track use
Construction and Material Quality
CNC machines turn aluminium into the ST002, which Accossato then anodises in blue, green, black, red, silver, titanium or gold. One bobbin threads into each side of the Daytona 675's swingarm at Accossato's own M8 mounting points, and with no rubber fitted, the stand's forks meet the finished aluminium directly, right down to the edge of the thread.
Keeping a Triple's Drivetrain in Order
Riders who know the Daytona 675 well tend to be particular about chain care, since a chain run too loose or too dry changes how cleanly the bike delivers its power through a corner. With the ST002 threaded into the swingarm, lifting the bike for that check becomes routine rather than an obstacle, the stand finding the same secure point every time whether the job is done at home on a weekday evening or in a trackday paddock between sessions, with nothing to line up by eye and nothing to improvise.
Fitment and Compatibility
On the Daytona 675, Accossato's ST002 is listed across the full run from 2006 to 2016, fitted to the swingarm's own existing holes without any further work needed elsewhere on the bike. This M8 bobbin also turns up in our range on the Kawasaki Z900. For the Daytona 675, Accossato also offers the rubber-protected ST008 and the SA005 and SC005 steering stem nuts.
Road Approval
We hold no German ABE or test documentation for the ST002, so it is supplied for racing and competition use.
