DescriptionThe whole story▼
When a Triumph Bonneville T100 is loaded with a passenger and panniers, the rear brake takes on more of the work. Accossato's AGPA76 rear pad in the Sintered compound is intended for owners who tour, ride in all seasons and want the pedal to feel the same in cold rain as on a hot afternoon. It fits T100 models listed from 2002 to 2023.
Key Features
- AGPA76 rear pads for the Triumph Bonneville T100, 2002 to 2023
- Sintered compound, article AGPA76ST
- Accossato: high and constant grip whether cold or hot
- Holds well on a wet disc
- Consistent pedal with luggage and passenger
- A good match for touring and winter riding
- The alternative for this plate is OR
- Supplied for competition, no approval documents
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato explains that its Sintered mixture keeps a high grip level that barely changes with temperature and continues to bite in wet conditions. On the rear of a touring T100 that consistency makes a real difference: the first press of the pedal on a frosty morning feels much like the tenth press on a long downhill in summer.
Two Up Through the Seasons
A T100 carrying two people and luggage sits lower at the back, and the rear brake contributes more to slowing the bike. On a damp autumn road, or when rain catches you halfway through a tour, you need a pedal you can trust. A sintered rear pad keeps its character through changing weather. It is also well suited to riders who store the bike outside or ride through winter, where spray and grit are part of every trip.
Service Tips
Change the rear pads as a pair, clean the pistons before pressing them back, and check disc condition and fluid. Once fitted, pump the pedal until pressure returns and give the new pads a gentle bedding-in.
Fitment and Compatibility
AGPA76 is listed by Accossato for the rear of the Bonneville T100 from 2002 to 2023, including the 800 T100 of 2002 to 2004, the 800 T100 of 2006 to 2008 and the 900 T100 of 2005 to 2023. The list begins in 2002, so first-year bikes should be checked. For the front brake of the T100, Accossato offers AGPA72.
Road Approval
There is no ABE or German test certificate for AGPA76ST in our documentation, so it is offered for track and competition use.
