Riding a Suzuki GSX-S950 through the colder months means wet roads, cold starts and grit on the tarmac. The rear brake plays a useful supporting role in those conditions. AGPP88 in the Sintered (ST) mixture is Accossato's rear pad for the GSX-S950 from 2022 to 2026, designed for riders who use the bike in all seasons and want the rear pedal to feel the same in the wet and the dry.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato says Sintered keeps a high and constant grip level whether cold or hot, and grips well in the wet. At the rear of a GSX-S950 used all year, that means a pedal that behaves consistently from frosty mornings to rainy afternoons. Accossato also lists slow wear, controlled heat with little fade, and strong stopping.
Winter Mornings on a GSX-S950
On a cold, wet morning, a GSX-S950 rider brakes earlier and more gently, and spreads the braking between both wheels to avoid overloading the front tyre. A rear pad that grips the same way when soaked makes that technique easier to apply. Winter also brings salt and grit, which wear pads and discs faster. Rinse the rear caliper with clean water after salty rides, check pad thickness more often than in summer, and make sure the fluid in the rear reservoir is at the right level. When fitting new pads, bed them in on a dry day if possible, with a series of moderate stops. A rear set in good condition helps the GSX-S950 stay composed when the road is slippery.
Fitment and Compatibility
AGPP88 appears in Accossato's list for the Suzuki GSX-S 950 across 2022 to 2026. Just one caliper sits at the rear wheel, and one box covers it. Front pads for the model are the AGPA109 family, and Accossato's matching disc code is DK251. For town-focused riders, an Organic variant of this rear set is available.
