DescriptionThe whole story▼
Carrying a friend on the back of a KTM RC 200 changes how the bike stops, and the rear brake suddenly has more to contribute. Accossato's AGPP91 rear pad in its Sintered mixture fits the RC 200 from 2014 to 2024. It suits riders who occasionally ride two-up, who head out whatever the forecast and who want a rear pedal that feels the same in a cold drizzle as on a warm, dry afternoon.
Key Features
- Rear pad set AGPP91 for the KTM RC 200, 2014 to 2024
- Sintered mixture, SKU AGPP91ST
- Accossato reports high, constant grip across the temperature range
- Dependable in wet conditions
- Handles the extra weight of a passenger
- A year-round rear pad
- The same rear plate is made as OR and STMX
- No ABE on file with us; for competition use
Construction and Material Quality
What Accossato says about this compound centres on predictability: grip stays high and constant both cold and hot, and it works well on wet tarmac. For a small bike that sometimes carries a passenger, a consistent rear makes shared stopping between the two wheels easier to judge. The company also mentions limited heat build-up against fade, and long pad life. The layer is bonded to the regular AGPP91 plate.
A Passenger on the RC 200
Riding two-up on a compact sports bike requires smoother inputs than riding solo. The passenger moves weight rearwards, and the rider can use the back brake more generously to keep the bike level when slowing. That only works if the rear pedal responds predictably, even on the first cold junction or in light rain. A steady compound gives that reassurance. It is also a comfortable choice for anyone who rides straight through winter.
Check the pads and the tyre pressures before carrying a passenger. Rinse the caliper after salted roads, and change the brake fluid on time.
Fitment and Compatibility
Every model year of the small KTM RC 200 from 2014 up to 2024 appears against this rear reference in Accossato's application list. Up front, the same bike runs AGPA184 pads. The brand does not offer a rotor for it. Before you fit the new pair, hold it next to the pads you are removing to be certain the shape matches, and make sure the retaining hardware you already have is in good condition.
Road Approval
AGPP91ST has no ABE or approval mark on our side. We offer it for racing and competition use.
