When the KTM 890 Adventure R Rally heads off on a long journey with bags and perhaps a passenger, the rear brake shoulders a bigger share of the work. Accossato's AGPA29 rear pad in the Sintered mixture fits the 890 Adventure R Rally of model year 2024. It suits riders who travel in all seasons, who descend mountain passes loaded up and who want the pedal to feel the same in freezing drizzle as in summer heat.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato describes this compound as holding a high, constant level of grip across temperatures and performing well when wet. For a rear pad on a touring-laden rally bike, that means the pedal response stays predictable whether the caliper is stone cold or hot after a long descent. The company also mentions that its pads limit heat to reduce fade and that they wear slowly. The friction layer is fixed to the regular AGPA29 plate.
Weight over the Back Wheel
Luggage and a pillion shift weight rearwards, and a rider who uses the rear brake well can keep a heavy bike calm on a steep, winding descent. In Accossato's catalogue, AGPA29 is the rear pad for the KTM 890 Adventure R Rally from 2024. The front of the same bike uses AGPA96, and there is no Accossato disc for this model. Check the pad outline against your old set before fitting.
Road Approval
No approval documents, ABE included, are on file for AGPA29ST. It is offered for circuit and competition use.
