Accossato's Sintered rear pad fits the KTM 790 Adventure R, 2019 and 2020. Accossato states that the Sintered mix keeps a high, even grip level when cold or hot and grips well in the wet. For an Adventure R that crosses rivers, rides in rain and dust and spends days on end in changing conditions, that consistency is exactly what the rear brake needs. It is the rear pad for riders who use the bike for everything, from muddy green lanes to wet Alpine passes, and want a pedal that never surprises them.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's Sintered rear recipe is about a stable friction level through a wide temperature range, with good behaviour in the wet. The pad's friction face is pressed onto a backing plate that fits the Adventure R's rear caliper, and the range is designed to keep heat and fading in check.
Rivers, Rain and Dust
A river crossing on an Adventure R soaks the rear brake completely, and the next descent follows immediately. A pad that bites predictably on a wet disc makes that moment much calmer. The Sintered mix does just that, then keeps working when the track dries out and turns dusty. Riders who mostly potter on roads may prefer OR, and racers will look at STMX.
Keep It Clean
Grit in the rear caliper speeds up wear. Rinse it after muddy rides, check the pad thickness often and replace the pads as a pair. After fitting, pump the pedal until it feels firm again.
Fitment and Compatibility
Listed here for the KTM 790 Adventure R of 2019 and 2020. Accossato names the ADVENTURE 790 R and the R RALLY for this rear pad. One box covers the rear caliper. The front pad from Accossato for the bike is AGPA96; two boxes of it are needed.
Road Approval
As there is no German ABE or test certificate available to us, this rear pad is sold for racing and competition.
