Not every Kawasaki ZX-25R lives in a city. Some owners use their 2020 to 2023 bike for longer rides across the country, in autumn rain and on cold mornings, sometimes with a small bag strapped to the seat. For them Accossato offers the AGPP88 rear pad in the Sintered mixture, a compound that gives steady grip in every season and remains effective on wet roads.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato says the Sintered compound holds a high and constant level of grip, whatever the temperature, and continues to bite on a wet disc. For a rear brake that may be used only occasionally during a long ride and then needed suddenly, this reliability is valuable. The pad is also described as slow-wearing, resistant to fade through limited heat and powerful.
Longer Rides in Changing Weather
On a long ride the ZX-25R meets different conditions: a cold start, a sunny middle section and perhaps rain on the way home. The rear brake is used to steady the bike in wet corners and when riding downhill with a bag on the seat. A Sintered pad reacts the same way in all these situations, which gives the rider confidence when the road surface changes.
After riding in the rain, rinse the rear caliper gently with water and let it dry. Road salt in winter is especially harmful to calipers and pistons.
Choosing Between the Two Rear Pads
Accossato also makes AGPP88 in Organic. Riders who mostly commute in town may prefer that one, while those who ride in all weather and over longer distances will probably choose the Sintered version.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPP88 for the rear of the ZX-25R from 2020 to 2023, with AGPA109 at the front. No Accossato disc is listed for this bike. One box covers the rear caliper.
Road Approval
We have no ABE or German test documents for AGPP88ST. We offer it for competition purposes.
