A Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe ridden two-up or loaded with a tail bag for a weekend away puts more demand on its rear brake, especially when the weather turns. Accossato's AGPP88 rear pads in the Sintered (ST) compound are listed for the Cafe from 2018 to 2021. The sintered mix offers a firm, even pedal in rain and cold, which helps the rider slow a loaded café racer smoothly on a wet road.

Construction and Material Quality
The sintered mix is described by Accossato as keeping its grip high and unchanged from cold to hot, and as biting well when the disc is wet. For the rear wheel of a Cafe with extra weight on board, that steadiness makes smooth, controlled stops easier. The Italian brand also aims for slow wear, long life and moderate heat build-up in its pads.
Weekend Away on a Café Racer
A café racer is not the obvious touring bike, yet a tail bag and a willing passenger turn the Z900RS Cafe into a fine companion for a weekend away. With more weight at the back, the rear brake takes on a bigger share of the work, and a sintered pad keeps the pedal predictable when a shower catches you. Before leaving, check pad thickness and the rear reservoir, and clean the disc. If the weekend involves long descents, use both brakes smoothly and give the rear time to cool at stops.

Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGPP88 for the rear brake of the Z 900 RS CAFE (2018-2021). A single box covers the rear caliper. The AGPA109 is listed as the front pad and the DK236 as the disc for the Cafe. The AGPP88 also comes in Organic (OR) for relaxed town use.
Road Approval
These pads come without an ABE or test mark in our documentation, so they are sold for racing and competition use.
