A Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 packed for a long weekend, with a passenger or a roll bag on the seat, puts noticeably more weight on the rear wheel. The back brake then becomes a real part of the stopping picture, especially on wet mountain roads. Accossato's rear pad AGPP91 in the Sintered compound, SKU AGPP91ST, is designed for that job and is listed for model years 2017 to 2025. It is for riders who tour, ride two-up or keep going when the forecast looks grey.

Construction and Material Quality
According to Accossato, the Sintered compound holds a high, steady grip level whether hot or cold and bites well on a wet disc. At the back of a loaded Svartpilen 401, that consistency lets the rider use the pedal to settle the bike before a bend, whatever the weather is doing. The friction layer is fixed to the AGPP91 plate and drops into the caliper without any modification.
Touring Two-Up in Mixed Weather
