Accossato offers its AGPA96 front pad for the 2024 Zero DS with the ZF17.3 in the Sintered (ST) compound. This is the pad for owners who treat the electric dual-sport as a year-round vehicle, riding in rain and frost and sometimes carrying luggage or a passenger. Accossato describes the sintered material as maintaining high, constant grip at low and high temperatures and gripping well in the wet, so the lever behaves predictably whatever the forecast says.

Construction and Material Quality
The sintered AGPA96 gives the 2024 DS Accossato's all-season material, described as delivering a high friction level that stays constant from cold to hot and grips well when wet. That consistency matters most to riders who do not choose their weather. The pads are designed for long service and low fade. Organic, EV1, EV2 and ZXC versions of the same shape are also listed. Two pads come in each box.
Riding Through Every Season
An electric bike does not need warming up, and many owners ride theirs straight from the garage into a cold, damp morning. The front brake then has to work immediately, on a disc that may be wet. A sintered pad offers dependable bite in that moment and keeps it through the day. With a passenger or a loaded top box, the front brake does even more work, and consistent friction makes stopping distances easier to judge.
Keeping It Consistent
Road grime and salt shorten pad life, so check the pads more often in winter and rinse the brakes after salty rides. When fitting new pads, clean the pistons, check the fluid and pump the lever until firm.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato assigns the AGPA96 to the front of the 2024 Zero DS with the ZF17.3. The 2015 to 2017 DS uses the AGPA92. For the rear, the 2024 model takes the AGPA29 and the 2014 to 2017 models the AGPP91. Our data lists no Accossato pads for 2018 to 2023. Check how many front calipers your DS uses before ordering.
Road Approval
We have received no German ABE or approval paperwork for this pad. It is sold for circuit and competition use.
