DescriptionThe whole story▼
Owners of the Triumph Bonneville T100 Black, built between 2016 and 2021, do not always ride only in fine weather. If your T100 Black is your main bike and you use it in rain, in early spring or on long mountain days, Accossato's AGPA72 front pad in the Sintered compound is designed for you. Its strength is consistency: the lever feels the same when the disc is wet or dry, cold or hot.
Key Features
- AGPA72 front pad set for Triumph Bonneville T100 Black, 2016 to 2021
- Sintered compound, code AGPA72ST
- Accossato: high grip that stays steady across temperatures
- Reliable bite in the wet
- Predictable lever on long descents
- Fits riders who use the bike every month of the year
- Other options on the plate: OR, EV1, EV2
- No approval paperwork available, competition use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato says its Sintered compound maintains a high and constant grip level at both high and low temperatures, and that it works well in wet conditions. This is the character that year-round riders look for. Whether you set off on a frosty morning or ride down a long pass with the brakes working hard, the response at the lever should stay the same.
A Black Bonneville for Every Month
A bike like the T100 Black tends to be ridden for pleasure, but many owners find themselves using it far more than they planned: to work in April showers, over the hills in October, home in the dark in November. On wet roads the first touch of the brake matters most, and a sintered compound keeps its bite without a delay. It also copes with a pillion and a small tail bag on a longer trip.
Maintenance
Replace the pads as a pair, clean the caliper pistons before pushing them back, and inspect disc and fluid. After fitting, pump the lever until it is firm and bed the pads in on a dry, quiet road.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the Bonneville 900 T100 Black, Accossato lists AGPA72 at the front from 2016 to 2021 and AGPA76 at the rear from 2016 to 2020. The rear list ends one year before the front list. Each box contains one set for a single caliper, so count the calipers on the front of your T100 Black.
Road Approval
No ABE or German test certificate is held for AGPA72ST. The pads are offered for competition and closed-circuit use.
Scope of Delivery
A set of two Sintered front pads for one caliper.
