DescriptionThe whole story▼
Take a Suzuki RV 200 VanVan out on a wet coast road with the wind blowing sand across the tarmac, or down a muddy lane after an autumn storm, and the front brake is soaked within minutes. For the VanVan 200 of 2016 to 2019 Accossato offers the AGPA94 front pad in its Sintered compound, SKU AGPA94ST. It is intended for owners who ride in every season and want a front brake that keeps the same character in rain, cold and heat.
Key Features
- AGPA94 front pad for the Suzuki RV 200 VanVan, 2016 to 2019
- Sintered compound, SKU AGPA94ST
- Accossato: stable friction from cold to hot
- Reliable bite when the disc is wet
- For coastal roads, rain and muddy lanes
- One pad for the whole calendar
- OR, EV1, EV2 and ZXC are alternatives
- No ABE on file; for track use
Construction and Material Quality
In Accossato's description, the Sintered compound keeps a high friction level that stays steady whether the brake is cold or hot, and it continues to grip in wet conditions. For a small bike ridden near the sea or on wet country lanes, this is the property that matters most. Accossato also points to slow wear and controlled heat against fade.
Wind, Rain and Sand
The VanVan is at home near beaches and on rural lanes. Both environments are hard on brakes: salty air and fine sand on the coast, mud and puddles in the countryside. A sintered pad gives the front brake a predictable response when the disc is wet or dirty, which helps on a slippery surface where a sudden bite could unsettle the bike.
For riders who use the RV 200 as their everyday transport, it also means not having to think about the season when buying pads.
Near the Sea
Salt speeds up corrosion. Rinse the bike with fresh water after riding along the coast, dry the brake parts and check the disc and caliper for rust at regular intervals.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the RV 200 VanVan built between 2016 and 2019, Accossato names AGPA94 as the front pad. Nothing else from Accossato is catalogued for this model, neither a rear pad nor a disc. Please count one box per caliper.
Road Approval
We have found no ABE or German approval document for AGPA94ST, so we sell it for motorsport and closed-course use.
Scope of Delivery
