DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX, built from 2018 to 2026, combines a supercharged engine with a touring-friendly riding position, panniers and room for a passenger. Accossato's AGPA109 front pad is listed for the base H2 SX, and this set uses the Sintered mixture. It is designed for riders who cover long distances, cross mountain passes on holiday and cannot always choose the weather.
Key Features
- Front pads AGPA109 for the Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX, 2018 to 2026
- Sintered mixture, SKU AGPA109ST
- According to Accossato, high grip that stays constant cold or hot
- Keeps its bite on wet roads
- Suited to touring with luggage and a pillion
- Consistent on long pass descents
- Also offered as EV1, EV2 and ZXC
- No ABE on file with us; for track use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato describes the Sintered compound as keeping a strong, constant grip level across the temperature range and gripping well in the rain. For a sport-tourer like the H2 SX, which may start a day in the cold and end it in the rain, that is a sensible profile. Accossato also names low wear, controlled heat against fade and a firm stopping effect.
Long Tours on the SX
A loaded H2 SX with two riders and panniers is a heavy machine. On a long tour, the front brake handles descents, towns, motorways and winding roads, often in changing weather. The Sintered pad is built for that variety and gives the same lever feel throughout the day. On long mountain descents, use the engine to help slow the bike and brake firmly and briefly rather than dragging the brakes.
Before a long trip, check the pad thickness and take the bike for a service if the fluid is due. A fresh set of pads before departure avoids having to find a workshop abroad.
Packing for Stable Stops
Heavy luggage should sit low and close to the bike. A well-balanced load keeps the bike stable under braking and makes the front brake easier to use smoothly.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the base H2 SX from 2018 to 2026, Accossato lists AGPA109 at the front. The SX SE and SE+ versions, like the H2 and H2 R, take AGPA106. At the rear, AGPA76 is the pad for the SX family. The H2 SX has two front calipers and therefore needs two boxes.
Road Approval
We do not hold ABE or German approval documents for AGPA109ST. It is sold for competition purposes.
