DescriptionThe whole story▼
A Husqvarna Vitpilen 125 looks at home in the sunshine, yet many owners rely on it for transport through every month of the year, including grey, wet ones. For them the front brake has to cope with rain-soaked tarmac, painted road markings and chilly starts. Accossato's AGPA184 front pad with Sintered lining, SKU AGPA184ST, is catalogued for this bike from 2021 to 2025. It is meant for year-round commuters and riders who sometimes carry a friend, and who want a lever that feels the same in any weather.
Key Features
- Front pads AGPA184ST, Sintered lining
- Husqvarna Vitpilen 125, 2021 to 2025
- Accossato: high, stable grip at any temperature, reliable on wet roads
- Same lever point in rain and sunshine
- Composed with a passenger aboard
- OR and EV1 come on the same backing
- For motorsport use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's claim for the Sintered lining is grip that stays high and even whatever the temperature, together with reliable bite on a wet disc. For a Vitpilen 125 that has to handle cold drizzle in the morning and a dry ride home, that evenness is the point. The lining arrives on the AGPA184 plate and slots into the stock caliper like the original.
Year-Round Commuting in the Wet
A wet commute tests trust in the front brake more than anything else. Painted crossings, metal covers and damp leaves all ask for a smooth, early squeeze rather than a late grab. On the Vitpilen 125 a Sintered lining helps by arriving at the same lever point every time, so the rider can judge each stop calmly. When a friend hops on the back for the ride home, the added weight is handled with the same composure.
Wash road salt off the caliper in winter and make sure the disc is dry before the next ride.
Fitment and Compatibility
This AGPA184 set is catalogued by Accossato for the front brake of the Husqvarna Vitpilen 125, 2021 to 2025. The brand's rear pad for the same bike is AGPP91. Riders who mainly potter around town in dry weather may prefer OR. Check how many calipers the front of your Vitpilen 125 uses and compare shapes with the old pads first.
Road Approval
AGPA184ST comes without an ABE or test mark that we could provide, so it is sold for competition use.
